New York Pass Tips

  • Free guided tour of Madison Square Garden.
  • Please present your pass at the MSG Merchandise Store inside MSG’s Chase Square for an admission ticket for the next available tour.
  • During busy months (April – August) MSG highly recommends making a reservation 24 hours in advance at the tour desk.
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your tour time. Tour lasts approximately 75 minutes.
  • Tours are given in English. Spanish tours are available daily at 10:15, 12:15 and 2:15.
  • Follow-along guides are also available in 6 different languages upon request.
  • Please visit msg.com/tours in advance of your visit for a list of tour closures.
  • Tour content, routes, prices, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Tours are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.

Opening Times

English tours offered daily from 9:30am-3pm. Tours run every half hour.
Spanish tours offered daily at 10:15 am, 12:15 pm, and 2:15 pm.
