Become one of New York's Bravest and learn how to prevent and protect yourself from fires when you visit the FDNY Fire Zone.

This multimedia fire safety learning center provides a fun and educational environment where children can learn everything they need to know in order to protect themselves and others from flames. The Fire Zone allows children over the age of 6 to join fire safety programs where they are taught how to escape from a fire. You'll also feel like a real FDNY fire fighter when you try on one of the "Bunker Coats".

You can also browse the FDNY Fire Zone store for unique FDNY gifts. Proceeds support the lifesaving mission of the FDNY Foundation. When you present your pass at the gift shop you can receive a $5 discount on items that cost $25 or more.
