Latest Health Guidelines for Travelers

Visiting New York in the next few months? Take a look at the latest COVID-19 government travel guidelines to stay safe while sightseeing.

Stay safe while sightseeing

Many countries have issued preventative responses to COVID-19. Rest assured, The New York Pass team and our attraction partners are monitoring the situation closely to provide as much assistance to passholders as possible. To avoid disappointment and to stay as safe as possible, please check opening times and alerts on the official websites of attractions you plan to visit.

We recognise that many customers bought their passes well in advance of travel, and many attractions are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. As a result, we are now allowing customers with advance pass purchases to extend their passes for up to 2 years. You can find out more here

Please note: the New York redemption center is currently closed. If you have purchased a pass to collect, please email to receive a digital pass.
