July Weather for New York City – 5day forecast

New York City Weather

NYC Weather in July

July's warm weather welcomes visitors to New York City who want to enjoy walking the streets of New York City, and the many exciting summer activities in the city.

What to Wear: pack an umbrella - you'll be happy to have it when it starts to rain - while umbrellas are helpful, nothing compares with a good raincoat, closed toe shoes, comfortable for walking and water-resistant if possible, a picnic blanket is great if you want to check out some of the free concerts and movies

What to do in July in NYC

Visit Central Park - It's always a great time to have a walk in Central Park

Bryant Park Film Festiwal - Movies are show on a large screen in Bryant Park at dusk on Monday nights from June through August. Access to the grass for blankets and picnicking is available at 5:00 p.m. Bryant Park films begin at sunset, typically between 8 and 9 p.m. If the weather is uncooperative, shows are canceled and will not be rescheduled.

New York Restaurant Week - Restaurant Week is a great opportunity to try out a restaurant that may usually be out of your budget, or test some new restaurants with a little less financial risk.
