WOW! I am so impressed!! I haven't even used my passes yet, but i ordered them over the phone and the kind woman who helped me, Lisa S. impressed me with her amazing costumer service. Usually when you are dealing with most businesses that deal with the public have the attitude like, 'What do ya want?' and they make you feel guilty for wanting to buy one of their products.
