In 1913, Cornelius Vanderbilt created a colossal, 49-acre “city within a city” of concrete, steel, and limestone called Grand Central Terminal. With its majestic vaulted Sky Ceiling, a series of Roman-inspired ramps and 60-ft. arched windows, the Beaux Arts terminal is one of the busiest and most beautiful train stations in the world. In 1998, an extensive restoration returned the jewel to its former radiance and polish. Today 750,000 people pass through the Terminal daily, whether to rush to one of the 600 departures of the three commuter lines or to shop or dine in some of the citys favorite shops and restaurants, or simply to bask in an atmosphere of New York history and old-time glamour.New York Pass grants you one “Official” self-guided Audio Tour of Grand Central Terminal, as well as entry to 70 more Attractions in New York City. The NYPass was the way to go. We had a great time in NY and would recommend anyone going to get the Pass. It was really cool!!! From ordering it on line, to receiving it in a timely manner, to using it all over the place, it was wonderful!Jack from Blacksburg, VA
I traveled from Collegeville, PA with my daughter who wanted to celebrate her 15th birthday by visiting New York City. Although we were only in the city for one day, our New York Pass was a nice saving for us. We visited several attractions, as well as some restaurants (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the city) and used the Pass at these locations. Overall, this program made our trip more economical. Additionally, the guide book that came with the pass was a nice way for us to pick and choose from the many places to visit in the city.Sandy from Collegeville, PA
My family and I enjoyed the city of New York through the opportunity passes provided. It eliminated having to carry cash and extra time waiting in lines. We even recommended it to some of the city's future visitors.Danny
