We had an absolutely wonderful time in NYC thanks, in part, to the NY pass. If the weather were nicer, we would have been able to have seen more sights, but we had a great time nonetheless. We especially appreciated having the pass to see the Statue of Liberty as the line was a mile long. We were told where to redeem our passes for the
tickets and did not have to stand in that long ticket purchase line!
We know that you are constantly updating your vendors and were sad to see that Dylan's Candy Bar ice cream coupon was not present this time!
However, you more than made up for it by including new venues! Thanks!
We will certainly purchase the pass the next time we visit your fine
city! Not only is it more economical, but more convenient as well.
We didn't have to stand in long lines or worry about paying high prices; we were treated equally as paying customers and maybe even better! I have nothing but good things to say about your company and have been recommending your pass to EVERYONE who visits New York! I had an opportunity to speak with Lisa S. prior to our visit and appreciated her suggestions for dining as well! Man, were her suggestions RIGHT ON! Thanks for having made our trip exceptional!!!!

I purchased the New York Pass last summer for a trip I was taking with my husband and our two 13 year old sons. We really enjoyed getting to see things we might not have done without the Pass! It was also great to avoid some of the lines to get tickets. I enjoyed the convenience so much that I purchased 4 more tickets in December as a gift for my sister and nieces who will be joining me for a trip to the City this coming summer! I wanted them to have the books so that they could browse through the activities and attractions and start making wish lists of all the things they most wanted to see in New York. This will be their first visit to the city so I wanted them to get to see as much as they could! We are very excited about our trip and are looking forward to seeing as much as the Pass has to offer and more!

So my experience with the New York pass is probably quite different for most people. I am from New Orleans and came to NYC to visit my best friend at Columbia University. Well while she was in class I was out touring the city and on the fifth night i was there I LOST my wallet in the SUBWAY!!! I was freaking out and worried about everything from boarding my plane to come home in a few days to losing my NEW YORK PASS. Turns out The wallet fell out of my back pocket in a subway near city hall and a man picked it up and brought it home where he and his girlfriend called to cancel my debit card! The next day He then brought my wallet to work at the Met Life Building and a co worker decided to call my insurance company, who called my dad back home, who then called me with the co worker's number and location. I called her up, met them at the met life building with my friend and got my wallet back!!!! This all occured in New York City and in less than 24 HOURS!!!!
Concerning the New York Pass, the one day I did not have the pass (because I had not retrieved it yet) I went down near time square to the New York Pass office, explained the situation and they issued me a new three day pass!! I had originally bought the 7 day pass so they gave a three day pass because thats how many days I had remaining on the original. The lady helping me was so incredibly nice and pleasant. The Pass is the perfect idea for NYC visitors and it saves money too. I will definitely be buying it again for my next trip up there. Great product guys! Not too much else I could recommend you do, except maybe somehow allow Planet Hollywood the ability to re-issue lost cards.... ALSO I was never told "make a note of my card number" this should be insisted upon when the customers come to pick up their cards. Patrons need to be told this because it is important if they lose their cards as I came to find out
