Our Collection Center is located in the heart of Times Square in Planet Hollywood, at corner of 45th and 7th Avenue as visible on the map below. Open daily from 10am with late night closing times.
Times Square is a perfect place to start your sightseeing, a few minutes walk from there, you will find Rockefeller Center, NBC Studio, Madame Tussaud’s and many other attractions – each way you go, there is something to see for the New York Pass holders.
How the collection option works?
If you elect to collect your pass(es) in New York, we will email a collection voucher for you to print out and bring to one of our pick up locations.
Please note – Collection option is free of charge, your Pass(es) are activated the first time you use it, not when you collect them. So what are you waiting for – buy now & save in NYC.
