Our Collection Centers are located in the heart of Times Square in Planet Hollywood, at the corner of 45th and 7th Avenue and open daily from 7:30am with late night closing times, and at the Gray Line New York Visitor Center, 777 8th Ave (between 47th & 48th St.), open daily from 7am to 9:30pm, both of which are visible on the map below.

Times Square is a perfect place to start your sightseeing, a few minutes walk from there, you will find Rockefeller Center, NBC Studio, Madame Tussaud’s and many other attractions – each way you go, there is something to see for the New York Pass holders.

How the collection option works?

If you elect to collect your pass(es) in New York, we will email a collection voucher for you to print out and bring to one of our pick up locations.
