Since 2001, when we first launched the New York Pass, we have learned a great deal about what visitors to New York like to see and do. We have used this knowledge to grow the New York Pass into an all-inclusive, visitor friendly, sightseeing pass offering something for everyone.
In 2010, over 300,000 satisfied visitors enjoyed freedom and savings afforded to New York Pass holders; people who perhaps like you may have had doubts at first and did not believe it would work for them. In the end, many visitors trusted us and we were more than happy to help.

"I just wanted to thank you guys for making my NYC trip so easy!! I saved so much money and was able to see almost every single thing that I wanted to take my son to see. I will definitely recommend this pass to everyone that I know and will absolutely use it again in the future. I chose the bus tour included with the ticket and thought it was a fantastic option to have. "WOW! I am so impressed!! I haven't even used my passes yet, but i ordered them over the phone and the kind woman who helped me, Lisa S. impressed me with her amazing costumer service. Usually when you are dealing with most businesses that deal with the public have the attitude like, 'What do ya want?' and they make you feel guilty for wanting to buy one of their products. Lisa has also sent me some tips for restaurants around NYC and tips on buying tickets on broadway shows! Thank you NYPASS for such a wonderful helpful staff!"

I went this past weekend with my boyfriend and even though everything was closed on Saturday and Sunday due to Hurricane Irene, we still had Monday and part of Tuesday to put our pass to use. We went to Madame Tussaud's, Harry Potter, Grand Central, Intrepid Air & Space Museum, Circle Line Tour, NBC Studio Tour, and the Top of the Rock! We could have easily done more but we had to leave for our flight at 6pm on Tuesday.
All the attractions recognized the pass and fast track saved us so much time. Thank you for offering this incredible deal! I won't hesitate to buy it next time when we can travel out of Manhattan to the other boroughs!"

"Well despite an earthquake and a hurricane, my son and I had a great time in New York ! We used our pass a lot and saw/did loads of things but especially enjoyed the sailing trip, Pompeii exhibit and the Statue of Liberty. Be warned, long wait for bikes at Central Park and Skyride a little cheesy for adults but my son (7 ) loved it !! Well worth the money and the people in your office were very helpful when we popped in. Thanks."
