An amazing building and so are the expositions
Anne ·I just love the Guggenheim building, which is stunning and so well thought of how to design this building. The current exposition was great too.
Surprisingly Personal
JenT ·I admit we visited for the building but the galleries told such unexpected and fascinating personal stories that we spebt far longer than intended to give each one the respect it deserved. An unexpected path into modern art, shocking at times, but well worth walking.
Unexpected Art
NIcky Aus ·Visiting this museum was not a high priority as I am not super artsy. But I am so grateful we did
A must-visit for everyone, art fan or not!
H. Chiang ·True to its title, the exterior architecture looks like stacked doughnuts, and the interior follows the exact same shape. The exhibition inside features works by a contemporary artist alongside pieces from the Guggenheim collection, presented in an intertwined, multi-layered layout. This museum is incredibly well-designed—highly recommended!
Feels crowded and random
The museum has a very unique selection of art, in my opinion, the distribution is not well accurate and you walk around just finding "random" artists next to the another. We saw people going up in the elevator and walking down looking the expositions, I think this is an amazing way to explore, we walked down to up and at one point we felt we were crashing with people LOL. We have to give it another chance -maybe-. We'll see
Restrooms?
Timo ·A little bit weird overall and the restrooms are a disaster to be honest
