Michele - My daughter and I went to New York in Nov 2009 and ordered our passes on line to collect in New York. I did have some slight worries about collecting them, and thought it may be a scam, but we collected them from Planet Hollywood with no issues and used them as many times as possible.
We used them to eat out, to visit sites Empire State, Statue of Liberty, Bus Trips, etc with no problems what so ever – a very smooth service.
